Halloween (31.10.2011 r.)
Every year on October 31st, we celebrate Halloween in our preschool. On this day, pumpkins, witches and ghosts become commonplace in KOALA. This is one of our favorite events, the day where everyone is transformed into something else, and no fear or nightmare can scare us.
Darkness fell over the kindergarten, and our group met in the gym to celebrate.
Some of the fun games we played included Pictionary, cup fortune-telling, magic salad faces, and mask-making. Horror mixed with fun from beginning to end, but the most fun part of Halloween were the costumes that we have been preparing for weeks.... Vampires, ghosts, princesses, firemen, spidermen and many other scary costumes were proudly displayed.
It was a really great day, and we are already looking forward to next Halloween!
