We are a private preschool with a languages and arts profile; the preschool operates on a bi-lingual basis all day. We ensure the children's safety and care by having two teachers present, one of whom communicates in English and one in Polish.
The pre-school complements positive parenthood by supporting the child's development, preventing anti-social behaviour, and explaining reality to the child. Pre-school teaches how to play, stimulates creativity and activity, helps children make their first friendships, and teaches hygiene and tidiness.
At the early stage of his/her development a child has an opportunity to achieve a lot. She/he has to learn numerous rules, acquire new skills, meet different people, examine and learn a variety of things and places. It is no surprise then, that this period is so important in the development of a child, and the psychological consequences of what is happening at this time has an impact not only during the growing up years but also in adult life.
The children also receive speech therapy and paediatric support. In addition, not forgetting the importance of physical exercise and movement, we have organised a modern safe playground and a gymnastics/ballet/PE room so that the children can learn and develop through play.
The mission of our preschool and nursery is to create a place where the children could feel secure and be loved, listened to and understood. We do not want to assess them but to accept them with all their good and bad sides, which is just like at home.
We aim to create a home-like atmosphere, at the same time ensuring the highest standards of education.
We want you, the parents, to feel that you have given your most precious treasure - your child - to the care of people who put their whole heart into working with the children.
Our principle is to enable the all-around development of interests and abilities.
All our educational activities are aimed at stimulating the development of each individual child in line with her/his abilities and potential.
One of the fundamental aims of the preschool is to build the child's broader sense of independence manifesting itself through an ability to deal with problems, to think creatively, to form a perception of the world and the continual development of her/his potential.
